No, you don’t need to be home. Many clients provide access codes or keys, and we always respect your privacy and security during the cleaning process.

What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24-48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee, ensuring we can manage our schedule effectively.
